Cancellation Policy

AGUYB STUDIOS — Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy (2026-10-18) Full payment is required before confirmation. Advertised prices exclude applicable tax; any legally required tax is shown separately. CANCELLATIONS: At least 72 hours before session start: 100% refund, no penalty, or free rescheduling subject to availability. At least 24 but less than 72 hours: cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking price; payments exceeding that fee are refunded. Less than 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee and no refund; rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require a new booking and payment. RESCHEDULING: At least 72 hours: free, subject to availability. At least 24 but less than 72 hours: 50% of the original booking price, subject to availability; contact the studio to arrange. Less than 24 hours: treated as late cancellation unless AGUYB STUDIOS approves an exception in writing. Service, duration or production price differences must be paid before the new booking is confirmed. LATE ARRIVALS/NO-SHOWS: Reserved start/end times remain fixed; late arrival does not automatically extend a session. Failure to attend without prior notice is a no-show: 100% charged, no refund or complimentary rescheduling. REFUNDS: Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method whenever possible within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to applicable law; banks/providers may take longer. Amounts depend on the cancellation deadline and total confirmed booking price. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS: If equipment/facility issues, emergencies or other circumstances prevent service, choose free rescheduling or a full refund for affected services not provided. SPECIAL PROJECTS: Custom/off-site/event/multi-day/content-package/crew/third-party work may have separately disclosed terms before payment. Different cancellation terms in a signed production agreement govern that project, subject to applicable law. REQUESTS: Use your booking confirmation, official website contact form or reply to the confirmation email. Requests must be received before the deadline, calculated from session start in America/New_York. AGREEMENT: By booking and paying you accept this policy. Applicable statutory cancellation/refund rights remain protected.
